As of Wednesday night, my word count was 21,837. Not sure I can catch up in two days, but I'll give it my best shot.Patricia Stolteyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17192369425956406122noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4198335440945057072.post-46999452273033999702013-11-15T17:58:37.842-06:002013-11-15T17:58:37.842-06:00Keep going, Donna. But there are benefits to just rolling with the creative punch, and you'll be glad you did it. And then when NaNo is over you'll go back to your comfort zone, probably, but you'll know a lot more about yourself as a writer. At least that's how it worked for me. :)Lisa Ricard Clarohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05048410207952052295noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4198335440945057072.post-72552303526857365432013-11-15T16:20:09.509-06:002013-11-15T16:20:09.509-06:00Sounds like you are doing well to me! If I think the story's going in another direction, I make a note of it and/or I just start writing as if the story was already going that way.

Keep going, Donna.
